The Fierce Rings™ Lifetime Replacement Warranty

We haven't stopped wearing our own Fierce Rings since we created them! Seriously. We believe in their quality and design, and we enjoy how comfortable they are. So much so, that we're offering this ridiculous warranty. Here goes: 

If your Fierce Ring™ stretches or breaks, we will replace it for FREE. If you receive your ring and realize that it is the wrong size, we’ll send you a new size for FREE. If you receive your ring and realize that you don’t like the color, we’ll replace it for FREE. (A small shipping fee applies in some cases, read below for details.) In other words:

We will replace your Fierce Ring™ for FREE, for any reason, for life.

There you go! You can purchase your Fierce Rings™ with full confidence that you're getting the best silicone ring product on the market, and it's backed by the best warranty around, for life... just like your marriage!

The Fine Print

  • Fierce Rings™ are not eligible for a refund unless the purchase is within our 30-day window and the item(s) is unused and in its original packaging. 
  • If your Fierce Ring™ is defective/damaged or breaks (even if it breaks and saves your finger!), just report it to us within the first year of purchase and we will replace it and cover all shipping.
  • If more than 1 year after your purchase, your ring gets damaged, we will replace the ring for FREE but you will be charged a nominal $5 shipping/handling charge. 
  • If you order a Fierce Ring™ and need to exchange for a size up or down, you have 30 days after your purchase to exchange for the correct size and we'll get you taken care of. A $5 shipping charge will apply. Size exchanges cannot be processed after the 30-day window.
  • If you would like to change the color of your Fierce Ring™ within the first two weeks of receiving your ring, we will gladly exchange it for you! A $5 shipping/handling charge will be applied. Color exchanges will not be processed after a two-week window.
  • If you lose your Fierce Ring™ in the first year of ownership, we would love to replace it with a brand, spankin' new one. A $5 for shipping/handling charge will be applied.
  • If you submit a replacement claim and we do not have your ring model in stock. We will offer the next best solution at our sole discretion.

Non-eligible scenarios

  • Rings received as part of a promotion, giveaway, or bonus incentive are NOT eligible under this warranty.
  • Rings not purchased from this website or an authorized, licensed retailer are NOT eligible under this warranty.

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims based on our sole discretion. This is to protect us from excessive use or abuse of the policy. This policy depends on honesty, integrity, and good-will between us, Fierce Marriage, and you, our cherished customer. Thank you for understanding!

How to Submit a Fierce Ring™ Replacement Warranty Claim

We've tried to make the replacement process as easy as possible. Just email care @ fiercemarriage.com and insert "Fierce Ring Replacement Warranty Claim" in the subject of the email. In the body of the email, please reference your order number and date of purchase.
